Research project: voting
Aim of the project
Working with a steering group of experts from all sides of the voting process the IIRF aims to explore:
  • how the voting process works in different countries
  • how well (or badly) it meets the needs of both companies and investors
  • how it could be improved
  • what companies and investors are doing to help
  • whether the IIRF and its member societies could do more to help
Sponsor and steering group
The IIRF is grateful to DFKing  for sponsoring this research project and to the following for their help and support in designing it:
