Research project: voting
|
|
Aim of the project
|
| Working with a steering group of experts from all sides of the voting process
the IIRF aims to explore: |
-
how the voting process works in different countries
-
how well (or badly) it meets the needs of both companies and investors
-
how it could be improved
-
what companies and investors are doing to help
-
whether the IIRF and its member societies could do more to help
|
|
